The news that McDonald’s Italia will be offering a limited range of products made from Italian regional DOP food products is interesting news. Perhaps most interesting of all is the fact that the Ministry of Agriculture has evidently sponsored the idea from the very start, apparently convincing the McDonalds hierarchy.
