In house disponiamo di un sistema mailing di circa 10.000 indirizzi provenienti esclusivamente da persone che ci hanno contattato, suddivisi tra privati e categorie di professione tra cui: tour operator all’estero, stampa e media, associazioni e club e stranieri residenti in Italia.
MAILING CAMPAIGN
On July 1st 2009 Delicious Italy srl upgraded its subscriber mailing list by installing a new customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Built by Omnistar in the US, and elaborated specifically for Delicious Italy srl by our Rome based internet service provider Mondoweb srl, the new system offers the opportunity of highly targeted communications campaigns to the readers of www.deliciousitaly.com.
The mailing list contains email addresses compiled exclusively from individuals who have contacted www.deliciousitaly.com directly over the last 8 years for work or leisure.
Over 9000 opt-in email addresses currently feature in the new system with the majority of subscribers having supplied the following personal information and Italy travel preferences:

City of Residence
Accommodation
City Breaks

Event
Sport & Outdoor
Artisan Products
Restaurants
Guided Tours

The information is further elaborated according to type:

The cost of the mailings depends on the scope of the campaign.
QUICK
The simplest and least expensive campaign could be a targeted mailing to our mail subscribers who have expressed an interest in just Accommodation or Special Offers.
SEGMENTED
A more sophisticated campaign could be targeted, for example, to Tour Operators based in the United States interested in Guided Tours and Food and Wine.
